Here’s the part of the story that isn’t getting much press: Iran’s leader believes that attacking Israel would bring the Mahdi (“Guided One”), an Islamic messiah who would protect Muslims from retribution and dominate the world for Islam. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been the Supreme Leader in Iran since the death of his predecessor and founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, in 1989. Iran elects a president every four years, but the real power in the nation resides with the Supreme Leader, who combines clerical and political power.
When did you last comfort a stranger who had lost someone they loved. When was the last time you befriended someone not because of their possessions or their wealth – but simply because you cared about them? When was the last time you truly showed your human spirit and heart to your fellowman? None of the above is easy. It is hard. None of us are perfect. None of us have had a good life. Some think that because we have suffered to some degree that we deserve what ever we can get – even if it means hurting another person in the process. But those who try and rise up against our negative ways will survive and will be rewarded with a life on earth that right now is only a dream. Only the meek will possess the earth. This is a certainty.
On June 11, 2012, I wrote an article for NewsWithViews.com “Armageddon a Space War Coming to You Soon,” where I discussed the globalist elite and their plan to invade Syria.
The United States and Russia have massive stockpiles of thermonuclear weapons and nuclear missiles that could destroy the world many times over. At some point in the near future, Israel and the U.S. will be involved in some kind of military action against Iran. Syria is a key battlefield and the NATO leaders, who met in Chicago, recently, have a regime change planned for Syria.
However, Russia and China will not stand idly by and the world is on the brink of a thermonuclear confrontation.
Bible experts aren’t just sparring over whether the U.S. military should attack; they’re also going back-and-forth over theories surrounding the End Times (events surrounding Jesus Christ’s return).
Obama Administration Denies AP Requests for Syria Evidence 08 Sep 2013 The Associated Press ran a skeptical pieceSunday about the Obama administration’s public case for military intervention in Syria in response to a reported Aug. 21 chemical attack. The AP’s Zeina Karam and Kimberly Dozier wrote that “the U.S. government insists it has the intelligence to prove it, but the public has yet to see a single piece of concrete evidence produced by U.S. intelligence — no satellite imagery, no transcripts of Syrian military communications — connecting the government of President Bashar Assad to the alleged chemical weapons attack last month that killed hundreds of people.” The Obama administration has released videos to make its case, but the AP noted that its requests for additional evidence the government claims to possess have been denied.
There is more than a little irony that September 11th is designated Patriot Day when the Obama administration has made it clear what it really thinks of patriots. It is astonishing and frightening how many Americans have been identified as “potential terrorists” or “extremists” by various elements of the government. Michael Snyder found 72 types of Americans fall into this category and they include “anti-gay”, “anti-immigrant”, “members of the Christian Action Network”, anyone who is a “general right-wing extremist”, and many others, any one of which probably includes you. Many patriot organizations such as those affiliated with the Tea Party movement have been thwarted from securing tax exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service.
In the wake of the attacks on September 11, 2001, Patriot Day was signed into law on December 18, 2001 to commemorate those who lost their lives at the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and a third hijacked flight that crashed in Pennsylvania.
So, naturally, a group called the American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) has been granted permission to hold a “Million Muslim March” in Washington, D.C. on September 11th. AMPAC claims that Muslims have been “victimized by being made the villains” and “to this day every media outlet and anti-Islamic organization has committed slanderous and libel statements against us as Muslims and our religion of Islam.”
The Obama administration allowed into government agencies Islamic groups and activists tied to the Muslim Brotherhood who now influence U.S. anti-terrorism policies and endanger the nation, charges a newly released book.
In “Impeachable Offenses: The Case to Remove Barack Obama from Office,” New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott document Obama not only aided the rise to power of Islamic extremist groups in the Middle East but ushered likeminded extremists into the gates of the White House, with Muslim Brotherhood groups serving on important national security advisory boards.
According to the organizers of this antagonistic outrage, the gathering of virulent anti-Semites and anti-Christians who purport to be peacemakers is intended to combat prejudice and bigotry against Muslims. However, it is clear that this is not the real purpose at all. The AMPAC website plainly states, “… [b]ut as the 12th anniversary of 9/11 approaches, we now know that there is nothing to fear. The whole ‘terrorist threat’ is a hoax invented by fear-mongering politicians to control our minds and pick our pockets.” In fact, AMPAC calls al-Qaida a “joke” and boasts that the Islamic terrorist threat is a “pure hallucination.”
A Florida ministry that feeds the poor said a state agriculture department official told them they would not be allowed to receive USDA food unless they removed portraits of Christ, the Ten Commandments, a banner that read “Jesus is Lord” and stopping giving Bibles to the needy.
“They told us they could no longer allow us to have any religious information where the USDA food is going to be,” said Kay Daly, executive director of the Christian Service Center.
Syria accepted a Russian proposal on Tuesday to give up chemical weapons and win a reprieve from U.S. military strikes, while its jets returned to the sky to bomb rebel positions in Damascus for the first time since the West threatened force.
As is well known, on May 19 the US hit its debt limit at which point the Treasury began tapping into emergency borrowing authority – the “extraordinary measures” profiled here previously – which gave Jack Lew breathing room to allow for an additional period of fully-funded government operations.
What, no inclusion of Apple, Tesla or Netflix? Also, for those keeping track, there are now 10 “industrials” in the 30 company index that make, well, nothing. And how soon until the entire DJIA becomes one daily rebalanced ETF, which has as constituents only stocks that have traded up 5% or higher on the prior trading day?
This translates to a per capita debt liability as high as $32,425 in Alaska and as low as $5,676 in Tennessee. With a total debt amounting to almost a quarter of the national gross domestic product, this means that the national public pension system as it stands now is irrevocably broken. For the approximately 20 million state and municipal employees currently working in the United States as well as those currently drawing a pension, this could mean a collapse in benefits in as little as 12 years.
As the WSJ reports, the fall in prices also is a sign of investor risk aversion in the wake of Detroit’s record municipal-bankruptcy filing in July; but it seems the anxiety and outflows from ETFs is having just as big an impact as Puerto Rico bonds now trade cheaper than Detroit’s.
